What is the source of product on Sears Liquidations Auctions?
All products are original customer returns and/or slightly used unless otherwise stated - we offer great deals on returned products.

What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished means the item has been restored to factory settings and tested. It may or may not be in the original packaging, there may be evidence of minor use, scuffmarks and scratches outside the viewing area. Some accessories may be missing and will be at the discretion of the customer to replace at his/her own expense. Since we do not perform a detailed inventory of the box, we do not know what, if any, accessories are missing

Can items purchased on Sears Liquidations Auctions be returned to Sears stores?
No. Sears stores cannot accept returns for items bought at the Sears Liquidation Auctions website. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us

If I win an item, can I pick it up at a Sears store?
No. There is no in-store pickup.

Will my product be missing any parts?
Most products are missing non-critical parts and/or manuals. Unfortunately, we are not able to sell parts or manuals directly. Parts may be obtained at your expense by calling 1-800-4MY-HOME

Does Sears Liquidations Auctions offer combined shipping discounts?
No. Our products are shipped from multiple locations. As a result, we do not offer combined shipping.

Where does Sears Liquidations Auctions ship product?
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground to locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to shipper restrictions we can deliver to street addresses only, no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any other international location.

Local Pickup?
Local pickup is not available unless specifically stated for large items that cannot be shipped via UPS.

What form of payment does Sears Liquidations Auctions accept?
Sears Liquidation Center only accepts Visa and MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express, Paypal, Sears Credit Card, Money Orders, or Cashiers Checks.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Taxes will be calculated based on the ship-to address on the order, and will include state and local sales taxes where applicable.

Resellers Tax Certificates: We are unable to accept reseller tax certificates. Taxes will be charged on all purchases as stated

Does Sears Liquidations Auctions offer exchanges?
No, we can not offer exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these auctions.

New products are listed every day, so please check back often if you can not find the product you are looking for.

What is the Sears Liquidations Auctions return policy?

Returns are not accepted for any reason other than mis-shipment. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us.
