Upon submitting the online Buyer Purchase Protection claim form, you will be contacted further by our claims customer support team via email asking you to provide any other required information necessary in regards to your original order. This may include proof of payment details and or any other such information. In the event you paid with a credit card (either directly or through an online payment service other than Paysignet), Johareez will require proof of denial of reimbursement through the credit card company (if applicable). This will typically be in the form of a letter from your credit card issuer.
Johareez claims support team will communicate with you and your trading partner during investigation of the claim. We would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving the matter. If you do not respond to our claims support team with any additional info they may require within 72 hours, Johareez may close your claim case without further notification.
