Johareez.com's Complete Protection Program reimburses buyers for eligible transactions when:
- An item was not received.
- An item was received but significantly not as described.


You'll be reimbursed up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000 (less Rs. 50 to cover processing costs). However, purchases made through Paysignet are covered upto Rs.50,000 (minus Rs.50 to cover processing fees). Johareez.com's Buyer Protection will be applicable to all the transactions completed and payments made through Paysignet (Johareez.com's Integrated Secure Payment Gateway) using your Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer facility.

Eligible Transactions
  • The final price of the item is over Rs. 50.00. Multiple listings cannot be combined into one claim to become eligible, even if purchased from the same seller. Items purchased through Multiple Item Auctions (Dutch Auctions) are eligible, provided the combined value of all items purchased through a single listing is over Rs. 50.00
  • You are a winning bidder or fixed price buyer of an item listed on the Johareez site.
  • Your item is legal and in accordance with Johareez's Listing Policies and User Agreement.
  • Payment was sent to the seller in good faith and proof of payment can be documented.
  • You have not exceeded your claim limits (two claims per 4-month limit).
  • If you paid with a credit card (either directly to the seller or through an online payment service other than Paysignet) you must have already contacted your credit card issuer and sought reimbursement from the issuer prior to filing a claim.

Non-eligible transactions
  • Items which are not significantly different from the item description.
  • Items paid for with cash.
  • Items damaged or lost in shipping.
  • Merchandise which has been altered, repaired, discarded or resold.
  • Items which are picked up or delivered in person.
  • Items that are Intangible.
  • Overpayment.
  • Shipping and handling fees.
  • *If payment was made to Johareez Certified Merchants / Sellers via other means than Paysignet.


Johareez Buyer Purchase Protection Program process:
  • Complete our online Buyer Purchase Protection Claim Form with complete required details.

  • Upon submitting the online Buyer Purchase Protection claim form, you will be contacted further by our claims customer support team via email asking you to provide any other required information necessary in regards to your original order. This may include proof of payment details and or any other such information. In the event you paid with a credit card (either directly or through an online payment service other than Paysignet), Johareez will require proof of denial of reimbursement through the credit card company (if applicable). This will typically be in the form of a letter from your credit card issuer.

  • Johareez claims support team will communicate with you and your trading partner during investigation of the claim. We would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving the matter. If you do not respond to our claims support team with any additional info they may require within 72 hours, Johareez may close your claim case without further notification.
